Move. Breathe. Express. Join us for an evening of Ecstatic Dance, a space to let go, connect with yourself, and move freely without judgment. We’ll begin with a guided meditation to center and open the body, followed by 45 minutes of freeform dance—no choreography, no expectations, just pure expression. After the dance, we’ll take time to connect and integrate in community. Wear something comfortable, bring an open heart, and step into the rhythm of your own unfolding.
